What is Demether?
Demether is a fintech platform created to give ordinary people access to incredible passive yields on stocks and other financial assets. We manage complex investment strategies on your behalf, taking care of risks and simplifying the steps into a single swipe.
What does Demether's app do?
The Demether app is how you access our platform, accessible through our website and soon through the AppStore and Google Play stores. The app provides a simple and intuitive interface for you to select investment opportunities, track your progress and manage your portfolio. Simply deposit $USDC (a dollar-based stablecoin) to your account within the app in order to begin. Select the assets you want to hold and one of our curated yield strategies to start earning yield. Demether will take care of the rest!
Who should use Demether?
Demether is for anyone looking to enhance their investments with yield. We make it easy to invest but encourage our users to ensure the have done their own research and are wholly aware of the associated risks.
When do you plan to launch?
Demether's Alpha app is now live! Use the link above to access it and stay tuned on our social channels for news of upcoming promotions and campaigns to incentivise and reward our early users!
Is Demether safe?
Demether takes risk management seriously. Our code is currently undergoing is Alpha testing phase - meaning that while we've done our best to take every precaution internally, the codebase is yet to be finalised and audited by reputable security researchers. Users should also be aware that blockchain, protocol and asset risks are regularly reviewed by the team and our automated systems, but must do their own research to become comfortable with the potential risks. Demether provides no warranty or guarantee for users engaging with its app.
Are there fees involved?
Demether will be charging no fees during its testing phase. We look forward to our users' valuable input on platform operation. Once our platform is live for public use, we will be taking a small commission (aready factored into the yield calculations for each opportunity) to support our platform.
What are the risks?
Cryptoassets and onchain activities are not for everyone and are generally considered high risk. Please do your own research and ensure you are comfortable with asset volatility, utility and the nuances of conducting transactions on chain. Demether does not insure assets deposited into its platform nor provide guarantees or warrantees on the safety and security of its activities.
